If you need to change or cancel your order, email support@threadedgifts.com with your order number and the change you would like. We will confirm once the change or cancellation has been processed.
Orders can be canceled or modified within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, the order is locked for production and can no longer be canceled or modified.
If your order needs a design change after you have seen a proof, please allow extra time; delivery may take longer, especially during the holiday season.
