Shipping policy
Every Threadedgifts item is personalized and made to order after you place your order. Your design is digitized and stitched (or printed) by our production partners, then shipped directly to you with tracking. Depending on the product, items are made at partner facilities in the United States or overseas, which is why some product groups have longer shipping times below.
Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Both are counted in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays), starting after your payment is confirmed.

If you ask us for a design proof before production, please allow 1–2 extra business days for the proof and your approval. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.

United States
- Standard shipping: $6.99 for orders under $120.
- FREE standard shipping on orders of $120 or more (order subtotal). This free shipping offer applies to US addresses only.
International (Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom)

International shipping time is usually 7–15 business days after processing. Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. We do not currently ship to countries that are not listed above.
Carriers and tracking
Orders ship with USPS, UPS, DHL eCommerce or the local postal service of the destination country. When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take 1–2 business days to show updates. Orders with several items may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. See our Order Tracking page.
Delayed or lost packages
If your package has not arrived by the latest estimated delivery date, please email us. Lost packages are covered by our Refund Policy.
Address accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. To correct it, email us within 6 hours of purchase; we cannot change an address once production has started.
- If a package is returned because of an incorrect address entered at checkout, we can reship it after the shipping fee is paid again.
