These terms govern your use of threadedgifts.com and any purchase you make from Threadedgifts. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products

All Threadedgifts products are made to order. Product images are mockups or photos of sample items, so slight variation in stitch placement, thread color and garment shade is normal and is not a defect. Screen calibration also affects how colors appear.

2. Personalization and design proofs

You are responsible for the names, dates and other details you submit. If you request a design proof, please check it carefully; we produce the design you approve.

3. Sizing

Garments follow the size chart on our Size Chart page. Sizing mistakes are not covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and replacements and refunds in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos and text on this site are owned by Threadedgifts or used under license. If you submit text or images for a personalized product, you confirm that you hold the rights to use them and that we may produce them for you. We may decline content that is unlawful, hateful or infringing. If you believe a design infringes your copyright or trademark, see our Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
